Technology Innovations’ Effects on How Religious Content is Delivered
Introduction
Most religious leaders do not embrace the idea of engaging God through technological innovations. Creativity in worship is a surefire approach to enhance the encounter with God, which is the primary goal of all major religions. The utilization of technology, advancements, and research is frequently linked to globalization and economic advances primarily focused on trade and the infrastructure that supports it. The bulk of technical prototypes has also been created to fit into corporate business structures or to mimic ideas related to social relations, global trade, and environmental protectionism. Although it has the potential to increase experience and engage new members, technology within religious societies still needs to be improved. This research project examines how technology affects religious institutions, how much of it is consumed, and how much its adoption can slow down society’s escalating secularization while enhancing the experience of encountering God.
Targets and Goals
The study’s primary goal is to determine how much technology and innovation are used in religious institutions and how much their adoption can slow down society’s growing secularization.
Objectives
The research is predicated on achieving the following goals, which serve as the foundation for its inquiry.
To determine how much technology affects how people adopt religious teachings and ideas.
to identify the kind and form of innovations and technologies that are pertinent to the pastoral setting and the infrastructure needs of such systems
to determine the systemic readiness and capacity of religious cultures and their ability (or inability) to absorb new ideas.
