Shoppers can add the Black Diamond package to Big Bend or Outer Banks trim levels. It is not available on the old style Heritage and Heritage Limited models with the white grille.
The package adds four steel plates that cover key 4×4 powertrain areas, including the front metal skid plate, fuel tank protection and canister shield, Ford says. It rides on unique 17-inch low-shine carbon gray aluminum wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires.
A matte black horse hood graphic and Bronco lettering on the underside of the body make it clear that you’re looking at a black diamond.
Ford says shoppers can order the package today. But it has not been added to the online car configurator yet. Ford tells us it adds $1,295 to the Bronco Sport’s price.
